Pop Up Shop at Fullers Mill

In these uncertain times Pop Up Shops are flexible, quick to set up, and exciting for customers. A great way to showcase a brand experience.

Working with the trading team at Perennial we created a Pop Up Gift Shop to welcome back customers visiting the beautiful gardens at Fullers Mill in Suffolk.

After reviewing the space and product assortment I assessed the customer journey and decided what fixtures where required to ensure ideal capacities were met and we could visually merchandise the space correctly.  I spaced planned the area, made off the shelf fixture recommendations and designed bespoke pieces.  All within a small budget and flexible enough to be reused again for other projects.  

To help the trading team sell the concept to the management team I created detailed visuals, merchandised with product so it was easy to understand what the shop would look like once implemented.

The final stage was to work together onsite to install and merchandise ready for opening and ensure the onsite teams understood how to replenish and maintain the space.

An impactful, speedy solution successful due to, detailed planning, store planning skills and VM knowledge.
